The Dairyman’s Daughter Wins Gold For Best Pub At Red Funnel Isle Of Wight Awards

The Dairyman’s Daughter pub in Arreton took home the top prize for the ‘Best Pub’ at last week's Red Funnel Isle of Wight Awards.

The prestigious Awards Ceremony, held at Northwood House in Cowes, aims to recognise the local businesses that shape the Isle of Wight’s unique character, which helps draw millions of visitors each year and enrich the lives of Island residents.

Owners of The Dairyman’s Daughter, Jane and Andrew Gibbs, were ecstatic with the win.

Jane Gibbs said:

“We’re thrilled to have taken home this prestigious award and are so proud of our amazing team for ensuring visitors and locals alike have a fantastic experience when walking through our doors.”

Andrew Gibbs added:

“We’d also like to extend our thanks to all of our lovely patrons who took the time to vote for us, we couldn’t have done it without you!”

The countryside pub sits at the heart of the Isle of Wight within Arreton Barns, the Island’s largest arts and crafts village, and is renowned for its rural charm, friendly service and hearty home-cooked food.

It’s open for food every day during the winter, to find out more click here.
