St Saviours on the Cliff Church played host to the Newchurch Male Voice Choir last Friday (August 9).
Songs on the day included "Anthem" (from Chess), "Maria" (West Side Story), "New York" (New York) and "Going Home" from the New World Symphony.
Their guest artist was Soprano Lucy Hinkley who kept the show theme going with a flurry of well received song.
There was a rousing finale with "Sweet Caroline" followed by 'You'll never walk alone", which saw both the choir and Lucy accompanied on the organ by Cate Clark on her visit home to the Island.
The sum of £426 was raised through the retiring collection.
