Ryde's Monkton Arts will bring its first Gypsy Jazz Festival to the the town next month.
The event takes place from May 13 to 19.
The timeless melodies of Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli will come to life with some of the UK's leading Gypsy Jazz musicians.
The week-long event, which will become an annual fixture of the local events calendar, will bring together local and internationally acclaimed musicians, each a maestro in their own right, to pay homage to the spirit of Gypsy Jazz.
