Georgia On My Mind: Exam Success For Islander As She Gets Best Marks In UK

A Paraplanner at a Newport-based independent financial planning firm has won an award for achieving the best average score of anyone in the UK who completed the Paraplanning Certificate in 2022.

Georgia Whittle won the Chartered Insurance Institute’s Certificate in Paraplanning prize.

She started at Rouse Limited as a member of the administration team, where she also excelled, she jumped at the chance to further her career in financial services and proved she was more than ready to take on the challenge.

As one of the Rouse Limited directors, Lisa Butler, said:

“We are enormously proud of Georgia and her achievement.

“She always puts her heart and soul into her work and is so deserving of this prize.”

Georgia said:

“I’m really pleased to have won this prize.

“ It has given me the confidence to keep pushing on and to recognise that I can do this.

“We’re all committed to continuing professional development and I’m ready for the next challenge!”

Paraplanners work alongside financial advisers to help create, implement and review a client’s financial plan.
