Five Gardens Opening To Public As Part Of Arreton Charity And Scouts Fundraiser

Five gardens in Arreton will be open to raise money for Home-Start and the Scouts on the Isle of Wight later this month.

The event takes place between midday and 4.30pm on Sunday July 30.

A spokesperson for the afternoon, which will include teas at The Coach House, next to the Old Vicarage and a plant stall and cream teas at Haseley Manor, said:

"The money raised for the Scouts will be used to help those who cannot afford to pay, as financial reasons should never be a deterrent.

"Home-Start volunteers and staff support families with individual one-to-one home-visiting and a wide range of targeted support for parents and their children, so it felt like the perfect charity to support.

"Do come along and enjoy the lovely gardens”

Tickets can be purchased at any of the gardens on the day.
