Isle of Wight based Eldridges Solicitors is celebrating the appointment of highly decorated Joshua Gallop to its conveyancing team.
In this role Joshua will be advising clients on all aspects of property sales, purchases and right to buy, in addition to land transfers, remortgages, equity release, deeds and more.
These duties will also cover first time registration of unregistered property and land, something which is prevalent on the island.
Joshua qualified as a solicitor in 2020 after achieving a First-Class Honours law degree and has already built up an enviable reputation for his work.
Eldridges was founded on the Island in 1832 and Joshua will be based at the Freshwater offices, while also meeting clients in Newport.
A spokesperson for Eldridges said:
"Joshua adds to an already established team, which includes Ian Bradshaw and Rachel Day, both well known to many across the Island as specialists in residential property."
