Calling All Children And Young People: Monkton Arts Prize 2023 Open For Entries

Monkton Arts is calling for all young artists to enter a piece of artwork for free for the chance to win across three categories. 

Young people aged 16-25 can enter the Emerging Artist category for the Crowood Press Award and £250 and a solo exhibition in the Sara K gallery at Monkton Arts.

Children aged 10-15 can enter the Developing Artist category for the Ryde School Award and art materials.

Finally, those aged 9 and under will be able to enter the Artists in Training category for the Sara K Award and Art Materials Sponsored by Ryde School.

The deadline for submissions is Thursday October 12. Entries can be submitted online or by following this link.

Images should then be sent to monktonarts@gmail.com.

The winners will be announced at the Monkton Arts Awards night on Wednesday October 18, which is also set to feature The John Ackroyd Award for young engineer of the year, Papa Owl Awards and Monkton Medalists.
