Lace up your boots! The Isle of Wight's first football golf course opens at Tapnell Farm next week.
Islanders will be able to the course from Monday (21), just as the nation gets gripped with Euro fever.
For those who haven’t played before, football golf uses the same rules as golf but instead of using a club, players take turns to kick a ball into the hole, using the fewest kicks possible to score.
The course at Tapnell Farm has two x 9 hole options. One is a short course with a range of fun obstacles to tackle and the other, a 9 hole long course which is more about going the distance.
Players can also combine the two to play 18 holes.
The short course costs £6 per person, the long course course costs £8 or for the whole 18 holes, it would cost £11.
Located on a hill, there is also the added bonus of enjoying the stunning countryside and sea views.
As well as the Island’s first football golf course, Tapnell Farm is also home to the Island’s only outdoor Aqua Park, Farm Park attraction, Archery, Axe Throwing and Clay Pigeon Shooting.
