The Isle of Wight will play host to a myriad of Platinum Jubilee events over the four-day Bank Holiday weekend between June 2 and 5.

- A fly past by the Royal Air Squadron.
- A party/music event at Cowes Yacht Haven in the afternoon and into the early evening.

- ‘Back to the Future – The next Generation’. Community dance performances taking us through the last 70 years, with a skateboard display too. Scheduled in Co-Op Square.
- ‘Cheeky Monkey’. One half of the very popular duo comes to Ryde to showcase his circus skills. Co-Op Square 2pm, and finale in the High Street 3.15pm
- Flag Making – Join the New Carnival Company at their base in 13b Union Road, to make your Jubilee Flags. 11am -3pm
- ‘Art in the Garden’ – Arts and Crafts market at St Thomas Rest Garden.
- ‘Community Mural’. Riboleau Street studio artists will be waiting for you at Minghella Square so you can input into the design of a community mural. Help them identify textures, silhouettes and shapes, which will then be incorporated into the final works later in the month.
- Finale – Head to the High Street at 3pm, bring your flags and Jubilee dress ready to dance in the streets and enjoy Vectis Brass Band.
