Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill Country Park, the Island’s most popular fun parks, are now open for the season with new attractions and exciting activity planned for the Easter holidays.
New for 2017 at Blackgang Chine is the magical theme world ‘Underwater Kingdom’ where all is make believe! Hold your breath, and dive into the land of imagination where you’ll discover a magical underwater cave, vibrant luminescent coral reef, an abandoned sunken shipwreck and colourful larger than life sea creatures as you venture into the deep, where the biggest mammal of them all will be found floating above you!
Lots of additional entertainment is planned throughout the Easter holidays (April 8th – 23rd) with our resident dinosaurs and dodos roaming the park causing mischief and mayhem. And don’t miss the special celebration days on Wednesday, April 12th and Easter Sunday and Monday (April 16th and 17th) to mark the opening of ‘Underwater Kingdom’.
Be amazed by the world’s tallest bubbleologist who can put people inside big bubbles; fend off pirates as they try to hijack the pirate ships; meet our diving dodos, and much more! Isle of Wight Radio will be at Blackgang for the official opening of Underwater Kingdom on Wednesday, April 12th. Visit www.blackgangchine.com for details.
At Robin Hill, experience exciting new fun on the Canopy Skywalk with the new Squirrel Run, where you can squirrel your way through a spiralling mesh tube suspended around our Canopy Skywalk, high up in the tree tops…just don’t look down!
Back by popular demand, Robin Hill’s famous ‘Mad Easter Egg Dash’ is being held on Easter Sunday, April 16th and Monday, April 17th, with entry included in the admission price.
